On January 18, 2024, CVB Bro. John Smith spearheaded the fundraising efforts for a donation to veterans, which raised nearly one thousand dollars. Bro. Smith, with the assistance of our charter member Bro. Marvin Alexander, delivered the charitable donations to Community Resource Speciatlist, Ms. April Freeman for the Veterans housed in the facilities that she manages. She is responsible for over 400 homeless Veterans in the Chesapeake-Virginia Beach area. Our donations will be put to good use. A special shout out to Bro Marvin Alexander who assisted me this morning.
